Josh and Jennifer Stratton are the third generation of the Stratton family to farm here at Codford. Our free-draining chalk land is ideal for crop growing, and our range of arable crops includes wheat grown for Hovis and malting barley grown for Carling. Our dairy herd of multi-coloured crossbred heifers graze all year round and produce milk for Sainsbury’s. All our cattle are kept out of doors on our meadow pasture in summer and rolling downland in winter.
We are really excited that we have converted one of our old farm barns into a Christmas extravaganza and we very much look forward to welcoming you here.
